delivery time (within uk)

once your order is complete it is packaged and shipped the same day, or the following morning depending on hermes uk opening times. after processing, delivery will take 1-3 business days.

delivery time (international)

due to the pandemic, international shipping times are incredibly variable. orders are processed and dispatched within 12 hours of completion, however, the shipping time has never been as promised by courier companies. please expect between 1-3 weeks for international orders.

eu customs fees

customs fees for any eu based customers will need to be covered by the customer at reception of the item. this is an unavoidable fee as a result of brexit that we are working to find solutions for.

can i cancel or modify my order?

orders can be cancelled or modified before they have been despatched, provided any modifications can be achieved with the stock at that time. please email kazuki@studionakamoto.com regarding your cancellation or modification, listing your order number and your request.

once you have received an order fulfilment email, you can no longer cancel or modify your order as it has been handed over to the shipping company.

what is your return policy?

product(s) can be returned for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • product(s) returned in its original condition

  • return request made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • all related shipping costs covered by you

  • size exchanges only permitted if the size you want is still in stock

what is your shipping policy?

i will not be liable for any missing package, whether stolen or lost, if tracking says item delivered. if your package never arrives or is damaged during delivery, reach out to me via email at kazuki@studionakamoto.com, listing your order number and request. i will issue you a refund or a replacement, depending on the availability of the product(s) in your order.

packages that are returned to me as undeliverable (incorrect address, recipient unavailable or unreachable, etc.) can be redelivered for an additional shipping charge.
